RollCast™

RollCast™ cast polypropylene sealing layer films can be laminated to a wide variety of substances such as PET, PVOH-coated PET, BOPP, BOPA, Aluminum and many others. RollCast™ is engineered to be sealed to a large variety of materials such as PP, PE, PVC, and PS.

Some of the RollCast™ products can withstand pasteurization, some are retortable, microwavable. They are certified to comply with US FDA and EU standards for food contact.

RollCast™ films are available in various thicknesses and roll widths. They are produced with specific seal strengths from easy peel to lock seal. They have excellent transparency and haze characteristics and are available on 3 or 6 inch cores.

When laminated with appropriate film layers, the final films are suitable for use with a wide range of food and medical packaging such as lidding stock or pouches.
