to its relatively high respiration and susceptibility to wilting.
By controlling the broccoli’s optimal gas and moisture
environment, ExtendCast™ – Broccoli preserves broccoli’s
firmness, color, flavor and nutrition values by up to double the
time, compared to unwrapped or shrink-wrapped broccoli.
