ADVANCED TREATMENT OF PROCESS GASES AND SOLVENTS
In our commitment to environmental responsibility, we have implemented a cutting-edge biological treatment facility for treating process gases. For the past 3-4 years, we have been continuously monitoring and nourishing the bacteria-laden media that the emissions pass through. This bacteria effectively neutralizes the gaseous pollutants resulting from printing, keeping the TOC (Total organic carbon) emission according to standards.
When it comes to solvents, we have facilitated treatment process enabling us to reuse up to 85% of the rinsing solvent during the printing process. This reduces the reliance on costly new solvent and contributes to significant cost savings. The residue is safely disposed of at licensed waste disposal facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing environmental impact.
BIO-DEGRADABLE COMPOST BAGS
Our compost bags are designed to provide a sustainable solution for waste management. By utilizing bio-degradable materials, we contribute to reducing the accumulation of non-biodegradable waste in landfills. These bags offer a convenient and eco-friendly option for disposing of organic waste, such as food scraps, garden clippings, and other compostable materials.
The bio-degradable material used in our compost bags undergoes a natural decomposition process, breaking down into organic matter that enriches the soil. This helps to create nutrient-rich compost, which can be used to nourish plants and promote healthy growth.

SAVING LIMITED FOSSIL BASED RAW MATERIALS
Our recent efforts have resulted in significant achievements, including a reduction of 39 tons of plastic raw material per year and a 28% decrease in production waste.

SELF-RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR PROCESS SCRAP
We have implemented a self-recycling program for our process scrap. The non-printed scrap is grinded, melted re-granulated to be used again on our production floor.
