Our fresh parsley bag is a custom-designed packaging that regulates the atmosphere inside, prolonging its freshness. The bag gives the ability to maintain freshness for 13 days or more, including two days at a temperature of 17 degrees on the shelf in the supermarket.
The bags are tailored to maintain optimal temperature and airflow as the produce moves through the entire supply chain up until the end customer. The balance and concentrations of ethylene and oxygen are controlled by micro-perforation, that is adjusted for parsley and its refrigeration and transportation conditions.
