Bag manufacturing
Our bag manufacturing processes involve converting rolls of films into various types of bags through a series of processes. This includes tail and side welding, where the film is sealed to create the bag shape. Additional procedures may be applied, such as manufacturing gusset bags, applying glue stripes for easy peeling or reclosable bags, incorporating ziplock features, producing handles, and including tear notches for convenient opening. These steps ensure the production of functional and versatile bags for almost all packaging needs.

Our multi-layered lidding films combine extrusion and lamination and also available in high barrier structures (EVOH or coated PET). The extruded films are available separately for further converting. Easy peel or locked seal mechanisms are available.

Macro and micro perforation
Each perforation technique serves a specific purpose in packaging, providing the necessary airflow, ventilation, and gas exchange to keep products fresh and maintain their desired quality.
Macro perforation refers to the creation of large holes in the packaging. These perforations are visible and provide airflow and ventilation. They are often used in packaging products that require a higher level of air circulation, such as baked goods or snacks, to prevent moisture buildup and maintain their texture and quality.
Micro perforation involves creating small holes in the packaging material. These tiny perforations allow for controlled airflow and gas exchange while maintaining the integrity of the package. Micro perforations are used in packaging fresh produce, such as fruits and vegetables, to regulate humidity levels and prevent spoilage.
Hot needle perforation is a perforation method that involves using a heated needle or pin to create holes in the packaging material. The heated needle melts the material as it penetrates, creating clean and precise perforations. It is commonly used in plastic films and sheets to allow for controlled airflow and release of gases.
In cold needle perforation, sharp needles are pressed into the material without the application of heat. This method is commonly used for creating small perforations in plastic films or sheets, allowing for controlled airflow and gas exchange.
Punching perforation is another method used to create holes in materials. It involves using a punch to cut out predetermined shapes or patterns in the material. The resulting holes can vary in size, shape, and pattern, depending on the design of the punch or die.
Slitting
With our slitter machines, we have the ability to cut large rolls of film into narrower widths. Equipped with multiple blades, our slitter machines ensure clean and precise cuts, resulting in smooth and well-defined edges. This level of precision is essential for downstream processes such as printing, lamination, and packaging, where quality and consistency are paramount.
Cardboard packaging
Our cardboard packaging services cater to diverse industries, including fresh produce and pharmaceutical products. The cardboard used is recyclable and can be made from recycled materials.
